BREAD, PIZZA & SWEETS

Our sourdough loaves and pizzas are handcrafted exclusively using 100% Organic, wholegrain flour from Janie’s Mill in Ashkum, Il outside of Chicago.

They are naturally fermented for 24 hours for maximum flavor, nutrition, and digestibility. Our pizzas are topped with hand-pulled mozzarella, and fresh herbs.

Our Weekly Baking Schedule:

WEDNESDAYS
Sourdough Pizzas
from 4pm to 6pm

THURSDAYS
Sourdough Breads
from 4pm to 6pm

FRIDAYS
Sourdough Pizzas
from 4pm to 6pm

SATURDAY MORNINGS
Sourdough Breads and Doughnuts
from 11am to 1pm

When placing orders, please be sure to select the correct day.

Breads and Pizzas are only available on certain days of the week, and if that day isn’t selected they won’t appear as an option.

If a product is shown as out of stock, it means we have sold out for that day, please check back on another day so we can bake for you!
