PUBLIC COOKING CLASSES
Our cooking classes offer world-class baking and culinary knowledge in a fun, accessible group format. Classes include detailed handouts and equipment lists, as well as hands-on instruction.
We release new cooking classes every few months for the season ahead and typically sell out quickly.

PRIVATE CLASSES
PRIVATE PIZZA PARTIES
We offer unforgettable, fun, and entertaining private pizza classes for groups of up to 10 people.
What to expect:
The evening starts with snacks and a glass of natural wine followed by a short cooking demonstration while our chef shows the group how to stretch fresh mozzarella by hand.
Then we focus our attention on pizza - the art and craft of shaping and topping a gorgeous sourdough pie. After a detailed explanation and demonstration, each member of the group gets a turn stretching and topping their own.
After the pizzas are done baking, the chef plates a fresh seasonal salad and the evening turns into a dinner party where the participants have a blast enjoying and sharing their pizza creations.
The evening finishes with a warm chocolate chip cookie topped with fresh whipped cream and caramel for dessert
Pricing:
Tuesdays - Thursdays: Flat rate of $1250 for up to 10 guests.
Fridays and Saturday: Flat rate of $1500 for up to 10 guests.
Price includes food and two bottles of natural wine to share at the table.
Does not include taxes and fees.
